I had higher hopes for my stay. while the A/C and shower were decent, the overall condition of the resort left much to be desired. The staff seemed unmotivated and the meals were disappointing. It's clear the resort needs revitalization to return to its former glory.
The room was okay, but I encountered broken taps and poor flushing in the toilet. The TV was small and outdated, which didn't add to my experience.
The staff were around, but they lacked motivation. ordering from the menu was frustrating since they often didn't have what I wanted. Service felt very poor overall.
The resort is quite far from the pier, costing me P400 for transportation. this added an unexpected expense to my trip.
The meals I had were really disappointing. I ordered 'pancit' meant for 2-3 persons and it came on a small plate. Breakfast was cold and made with inferior materials.
